The fountain of youth

The five Tibetan rites are said to be extremely powerful and effective in keeping health, energy and vitality at peak level. The discipline is generally meant for the elderly with the specific purpose of reversing the ageing process and bringing in youthfulness. The modus operandi of the five rites is based on the functioning of the chakras, the seven principal energy centers which are the spinning vortices of panic energy. They spin with maximum intensity at the age of twenty five, keeping the body perfectly healthy and energetic with the maximum level of vital index. As one advances in age, their intensity gets diminished and after the age of 50 the chakras become weak and their spinning gets distorted. Each of the five exercises has to be done 21 times daily; starting with three times every day in the first week and afterwards adding two times more every week to reach 21 within ten weeks.
