Yoga is the grace of life, the science of perfect well-being of the body and mind. It also involves enrichment of all aspects of life. Just ten minutes of daily practice bestows total health and psycho-physical peace and tranquility.
The purpose of this workshop is to impart the cardinal knowledge of yoga with all the practical aspects. The course is open to all, both men and women regardless of age and present physical condition. All the practices are done while seated on chair.
The programme also comprises relaxation techniques, meditations and exposition of the yogic way of human relations. Energy healing processes for all diseases will also be incorporated. Prana mudra and shanthi mudra are the most important practices of all which will bring in great transformation in life.
To Increase immunity and resistance power of the body, five simple breathing patterns will be introduced. This is especially useful in the post corona era. ‘NETI’, the yogic remedy for respiratory disorders will also be demonstrated. A manual with the theory and all the practices will be given to each participant.
Dr. Rajasekharan who conducts the workshop is a direct disciple of Swami Satyananda, founder of Bihar School of Yoga. He is a renowned yoga professional, corporate trainer in stress management, Pranic healer and Reiki Master. He represents the whole of India’s cultural heritage.
